She has 25 years of management consulting experience across 21+ different industries leading projects on culture change, employee engagement, values generation, leadership pipeline and capabilty development, employ engagement, leader development and teaming.
Has helped organisations humanise their workforce by applying evidence-based models of leadership, teaming, employee engagement and transformative workplace culture change.
